I absolutely loved The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches -- Sangu Mandana made my list too! And I enjoyed Witchful Thinking very much. India Holton is on my TBR list, as is Peng Shepherd's The Cartographers and Kate Khavari's historical mystery. I'm also intrigued by Bianca Marais's book, Angela Sander's series... oh, heck, I want to read almost all of these (that I haven't already read.)
ReplyDeleteI loved The Girl With the Louding Voice. So original. I loved the way the girls language skills evolved.
ReplyDeleteI have several of this authors on my TBR list but haven't read them yet!
ReplyDeleteAhh The girl with the louding voice is still on my TBR!

ReplyDeleteGreat list Wendy. I haven't read any of these but that cover on the Kate Khavari book is beautiful.

Oh fun, I read Cherie Priest's I Am Princess X about a month ago and really enjoyed it, but I just realized I didn't even look at her other titles.
ReplyDeleteI want to read so many of those books!
ReplyDeleteI love Jesse Sutanto and the only reason that she isn't on my list is that I found her in 2021...
Have a great week!
