  9. I've read Being Mortal and it's wonderful! I haven't read the rest but I know the feeling - there are so many books I want to read but so little time!

    1. Eustacia - That seems to be our mantra, doesn't it? So many books, so little time!

  11. I listened to Burn for Me on audio and the narrator ruined it for me. I plan to try again at some point because so many friends rave about the series. Next time I'll go the Kindle route!

  12. oh my reaction here is drop everything and read Burn for Me by Ilona Andrews NOW. I try hard to read their books the moment I get them. I loved this book! I also bought Once & Future Witches on audio but haven't fit it into my reading yet.

Anne - Books of My Heart

    1. Anne - I seem to be in a bit of a slump--less about the books and more about life--but maybe Ilona Andrews would be enough to grab me enough to distract me and pull me completely in . . .

  13. I have yet to read Station Eleven and The Starless Sea. Both books I own a copy of.

  14. The Starless Sea made my list too. :) I don't own Station Eleven. If I did, it would've gone on my list as well. I hope you enjoy all of these when you finally get to them.

  17. The Starless Sea made my list also. And The Once and Future Witches would have, if I had remembered that I bought the Kindle book on sale. (I unintentionally stuck to my physical books, of which I had more than enough to qualify for today's prompt... by at least a factor of ten.)

    1. Lark - I am sure I have many hidden must reads still in my e-reader. It's easier to go with physical books since they are much more visible!

  22. I really liked a number of the books you have on this list. I have many books that fall into this category languishing on my TBR shelves. I am super excited about them, I get copies, they sit on my shelf. Sometimes for years. I think I get distracted by the next shiny object.

    1. Helen - It's way too easy to get distracted with so many great sounding books constantly coming out.

    Love the new blog design!
