There is something to be said for reading a book that makes you appreciate what you have. And I also think there's something to reading about how others overcome such great odds--if they can, maybe we can too. There are times when I need those kinds of reads. Right now though I'm more in a place where I need happy endings and more fluffy reads to calm my brain.

Thank you for visiting!Literary Felinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13079276242303738719noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31552114.post-25860118641161720252020-09-05T10:19:09.548-07:002020-09-05T10:19:09.548-07:00Melody - It is a fun one. So many different directions a story can go from just that one place. In My Attic is a fun read. There's a bit of play on witch-themed words and a few literary references mixed in. I love it when a book I read is set somewhere near where I live or where I have been. Now you've got me more curious about Avebury. The character seems to find her way to the henge monument quite frequently. If you do read In My Attic, I hope you will like it! I understand though if you give it a pass because of the witch theme and the cat. Thank you for visiting!Literary Felinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13079276242303738719noreply@blogger.com
