I am on a PB and Honey kick right now. <br /><br />I think Mouse's favorite word right now is, "No!" It amazes me how many words she can say now. She's picking up words so quickly. There are times I still can't understand her, but her words are much more clear than they used to be. My husband says I understand her more than he does--so I'm not sure how much of that is just my being used to how she says things and how much she is able to say clearly. I insist on putting the jelly on one piece of bread first, then wiping the knife clean on the other piece of bread - then spreading the peanut butter on that other piece. That way you don't get peanut butter in your jelly jar, or vice versa. Of course you could just use two separate knives. The difference of opinion on how to make pb&j has actually led to my husband and I keeping separate jars of jelly - his and hers - that way I don't have to deal with massive amounts of bread crumbs and pb streaks through my raspberry jelly. :)<br /><br />As for the rating system, I have one for similar reasons. I also agree that a 3 is not bad - it's just middle of the road. I save 1's and 2's for books I don't like. It is also really helpful when you're reading reviews on blogs like your (and mine) where we tend to read books that are more likely to be books we'll like.
