It is set (mostly) north of me in Wisconsin, and it has dogs. The young woman just left an abusive husband, has adopted a husky and is learning to have confidence. And learning to run a dog sled team.<br />My bedtime reading has been a book called Shaggy Muses by Maureen Adams. It is about the dogs who inspired five famous women authors. So it is sort of five short stories. I am in the chapter on Emily Dickinson.<br />I think the Kevin book sounds a bit too intense for me right now.
